Vash the Stampede - the Humanoid Typhoon

Nobody dodges bullets like Vash. But is it shear luck? Or is it pure skill? Trust me on this one. It's skill. So why do I like this goofball? It's not because I like goofballs in general. Rather, I like goofballs with a deep dark past. That's Vash to a tee. He's the Sixty-Billion Double Dollar Man. Wanted for destroying whole cities. And he's a pacifist who absolutely will not kill anybody! (Did I mention he's a donut-hound?) So how'd Vash get such a bad reputation. Don't ask him. He can't remember. *sigh*

I've seen a bit more of Trigun since writing the paragraph above. Do I still feel the same way about Vash? No. Now I love him even more. Little bits and pieces of Vash's past get revealed as the show progresses. His motto of Love and Peace may seem corny but he's actually willing to die for it, though it'd be EXTREMELY hard to kill him. I've seen Vash smile a smile that's all genuine and no goofball at all. It was wonderful. And I've seen more of Vash's darker side now. Which makes me love him even more. Go watch this show! Even if you decide you don't like Vash (heaven forbid), there's always Nicholas D. Wolfwood to fall back on. Two awesome bishounen in one incredible series.

This is Trigun's opening theme - H.T.
(This may stand for Hard Target, not sure.)
